Tumaco for dipping | 150 (1 1/4 Cups) - About 2 bars | |
Melted Cocoa Butter or Vegetable Oil |
200 (3/4 Cups) | |

- Bring to a light boil milk with heavy cream, and sugar.
- Take off heat and mix in vanilla & salt.
- Pour mixture over melted chocolate and blend.
- Mold and freeze into your popsicle mold for 24 hours.
- Unmold popsicles and prepare for dipping. Combine Tumaco, oil and peanuts (optional). Make sure that the mix is not too hot to the touch to avoid melting the popsicle. Dip popsicles quickly until fully covered. Cover and freeze.
