Frozen Hot Chocolate

 

Ingredients 

Measurement

Water 

113 g (1/2 Cup)

Milk (Or Plant Based Mylk)

378 g (1.5 Cups)

Sugar

150 g (3/4 Cups)

73% Hot Chocolate Mix

250 g (2 Cups)

Yield 4 servings

 

 

 

  1. Combine water, milk and sugar in a pot. Place on medium heat until it lightly boils.  
  2. Add chocolate and whisk together until combined. Reduce to low heat and continue stirring for 5 minutes. 
  3. Remove from heat and let cool down. It is preferable to cool in the fridge for a few hours before using. 
  4. In a blender, place 1 cup of ice for every 1/2 cup of chocolate mix. Combine until it resembles a thick smoothie. Serve and enjoy immediately. 
  5. You can place unused chocolate mix in the fridge for about 4 days or freeze for up to a month.
