Introducing our love bar for 2021! This combo was selected by our head chocolatemaker Carolina. This crunchy salty combo happens to be her favorite way to eat chocolate. We roast and crush up hazelnuts and fold into dark milk chocolate with some sea salt. The bar is a contrast of sweet, dark, nutty and salty all in one bite.
The direct trade certified cacao beans produce a fruity chocolate that blends seamlessly with the bar’s other key ingredients to produce a silky melt-in-mouth experience. The bar’s nutty flavor honors its origin and conserves the unique terroir of its family-owned Hacienda Victoria.
